On Saturday, January 21, nearly 100 CCEMS volunteers and members from as far back as our founding in 1975 came together for a reunion. In the afternoon, they toured the Cypress Creek EMS Admin and Education Building, the CCEMS Comm Center, and Station 59. Our second bleeding control (B-Con) class for the public was a huge success. We doubled the size of the class to try and meet public demand and we still didn’t get everyone in who wanted to come. Here’s a look at the class in pictures and video.
Six North Harris County Fire Departments joined forces to hold a new EMT-Basic class which began on January 10, 2017. The class will meet every Tuesday from 8 am to 5 pm through May 16.

Thanks to the Harris County Precinct 1 Constable’s Office for donating more than 200 stuffed animals to Cypress Creek EMS. Our medics give them to scared children who end up in our ambulances to give them comfort and calm them down…..
On Monday Evening, December 19, Cypress Creek EMS Tactical Medics trained more than 60 Klein firefighters how to stop severe bleeding with manufactured tourniquets and proper wound packing techniques.
Cypress Creek EMS Christmas Elves delivered new toys and food to Northwest Assistance Ministries for its Holiday Food and Toy Drive. The items will help children and families in need in our area.
