Free Stop The Bleed Classes at CCEMS

May is National Stop The Bleed Month. Cypress Creek’s Assistant Executive Director, Wren Nealy, is the coordinator for the state of Texas. During May, agencies all across the state are training as many people as possible how to control severe life-threatening bleeding with tourniquets, wound packing, and direct pressure.  A person with a severe extremity hemorrhage can bleed out and die in as little as three minutes. Having someone who is already on the scene who knows what to do can literally make the difference between life and death. What if the injured person is your loved one, or even you. Do you know what to do? If not, invest two hours of your time in our informative free course and find out how to #StopTheBleed.

Cypress Creek EMS will be teaching classes on several dates in May. You can register for your class online by clicking on a link below.

All of the following classes will be taught at the Charles R. Hooks Education Center on the CCEMS Campus at 7111 Five Forks, Spring, TX, 77379.
