Cypress Creek EMS, the South East Texas Regional Advisory Council (SETRAC), and HCA Healthcare Houston joined forces to teach Stop The Bleed to 1300 employees of the Hospital Corporation of America (HCA) in Houston for a two-day leadership conference. This is the largest class we have taught, so far.
The class was taught by CCEMS Special Ops Supervisor Bobby Sellers with the help of TV cameras, a sound system, and multiple large screens. Thanks, Hilton Americas. CCEMS Tactical Medics, SETRAC employees, and HCA Healthcare Houston employees were interspersed throughout the audience to assist with skills training for tourniquets and wound packing.
