CCEMS Elves Deliver to NAM

Cypress Creek EMS Christmas Elves delivered new toys and food to Northwest Assistance Ministries today (December 9)  for its Holiday Food and Toy Drive. The items will help children and families in need in our area. The new toys and food were donated by CCEMS employees and by some of our neighbors who live close to the CCEMS Education Building at 7111 Five Forks.

The CCEMS drive was suggested last year by CCEMS Paramedic Jason Stewart who also led the effort this year. NAM estimates that without efforts like this 2500 children in our area would not have a present under the tree and 1800 families would not be able to provide Christmas dinner for their children. NAM’s Assistance Office Director Debbie Peterson says that the donations from CCEMS and its neighbors will help many of their client families.
